At ORPHANZ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee or exchange, provided the item meets the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refund or Exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • All tags and packaging must remain intact and in resellable condition.
  • Refunds or exchanges can only be processed within 30 days of the delivery date.

Non-Eligible Items:

  • Items that have been opened, worn, or washed are not eligible for refund or exchange.
  • Due to varying washing methods and detergents, we cannot take responsibility for any damage caused to the garment after washing — this is considered consumer error.
